Hotel Rooms have a 3-nights minimum year-round

1 and 2 Bedroom Condos are a 1-night minimum during the period of January 4 – December 20 and 7 nights minimum during the Christmas period of December 21 – January 3.

Reservations must be secured by a $350.00 deposit. Full prepayment must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation may be cancelled.

Room rates are subject to Hawaii State GET of 4.166% and Hotel. Accommodations/Transient Tax 10.25%, totaling of 14.4166%.

All reservations are subject to a one time $45.00 reservation fee.

Deposit less $100.00, is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation notice received less than 30 days prior to arrival or No Show are assessed a $350.00 penalty.

Christmas Period – December 21 to January 3: Cancellation notice received less than 30 days prior to arrival or No Show, full payment is non-refundable. If the space can be re-rented the balance or pro-rate balance may be refunded for reservation stays of 14 days or more.
