Mana Kai Maui Policies

The Mana Kai Maui (Spirit by the Sea and Maui) is a sparkling jewel and places you right where you want to be; literally steps from the soft sands of Keawakapu (forbidden cove) Beach. Both the Mana Kai Maui and Keawakapu Beach are located at the far southern end of South Kihei road, bordering the entrance to Wailea. At one mile long, the beach is a popular swimming, snorkeling and the perfect location to relax and enjoy the beauty of Maui.

Choose from our one and two bedroom condominiums. All feature fully equipped modern kitchens with microwaves, cable TV, and much more. Also, all our 1- and 2-bedroom condominiums feature a private lanai (patio) with fabulous million-dollar views of the mile-long sandy beach of Keawakapu and the sparkling blue Pacific. We also offer hotel-style rooms for those who are budget-minded travelers or those on the go with mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. All accommodations include maid service, free WIFI access, free parking, exchange of pool towel daily, Fitness Center, Business Center, No Resort fee and much more. Most are Air Conditioned, nevertheless each room also has its own ceiling fan to take advantage of the fresh Hawaiian air.

Minimum Night Stay Policy

**Effective June 19, 2015 and on, Hotel Rooms have a 3-nights minimum year-round for travel dates of July 15, 2015 and on**

1 and 2 Bedroom Condos are a 1-night minimum during the period of January 4 – December 20 and 7 nights minimum during the Christmas period of December 21 – January 3.

Payment Policy

Payments: A two nights + tax deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The balance for all reservations is due 30 days before arrival.

Taxes and Fees

Room rates are subject to Hawaii State GET of 4.166% and Hotel Accommodations/Transient Tax 10.25%, totaling of 14.4166%.

All reservations are subject to a 3% reservation fee.

Cancellations / No-Show Policies

Cancellations: A cancellation penalty of one night + tax will apply up to 30 days before arrival. For reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival, a two nights + tax cancellation penalty will apply. The cancellation fees will be taken or used in whole from the required two night + tax deposit.

Christmas Cancellations (Dec21-Jan 4: A cancellation penalty of four nights + tax will apply up to 30 days before arrival. For reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival, no refund.
