What are the Mana Kai Maui's booking Terms & Conditions?
Room rates are subject to Hawaii State G.E.T. and Hotel Accommodations/Transient Tax of 12.4166%. ( 13.4166% as of 07/2010 ) All reservations subject to $35.00 reservation fee. Reservations must be secured by a $350.00 deposit. Full prepayment must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit less $100.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation notice received less than 30 days prior to arrival are assessed a $350.00 penalty. Hotel room occupancy, up to two persons. One bedroom occupancy, up to four persons. Two bedroom occupancy, up to six persons. All rooms must have at least one occupant 21 years or older. Check-in time 3:00PM. Check out time 11:00AM. Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice.
Is there a gym or workout room available on property?
No, but we have two health clubs within a few miles of Mana Kai Maui which offer reasonable daily and weekly guest rates.

Is there a hot tub?
No, but the swimming pool is heated and open daily from 9:00am – 10:00pm.
Is there internet access?
Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed internet service in all our 1- and 2-bedroom units. All our Hotel Room units have dial-up access only.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, on each floor opposite the elevator is a laundry room equipped with washers, dryers and a trash chute. Special tokens can be purchased at the front desk.
Can I rent beach equipment?
Though we don’t rent equipment ourselves, the activities desk located on site can make arrangements for you. Contact Hawaiian Style Activities at 808-879-6704.
Can I charge items from the restaurant or the deli to my room?
Not at this time. We are all independent and no provisions have been made to accommodate room charges.
Is there a barbecue area on property at Mana Kai Maui?
No, but we do recommend using the Kamaole III Beach Park just north of Mana Kai Maui to barbecue and picnic. The park overlooks the beach and provides picnic tables and barbecues.
