At Mana Kai Maui, each of the condominiums are individual owned and have unique features. The floor plans are the same in each condominium. The variety of locations in the building and unit upgrades has created 10 different categories, ranging from Hotel rooms to elegant Superior Deluxe Ocean Views. All our guests enjoy the many services we offer, including daily maid service and pool towels.

All our Hotel rooms are located on the North side of the building. These units are perfect for budget-minded travelers, short stays, and for those on the go who are mostly interested in Mana Kai Maui’s pristine beachfront property. All Hotel rooms have the following amenities:

These hotel rooms are the same as our standard Hotel room with the exception of location. They are located on the North side of the building, but at the ocean end, providing a stunning partial view of the west Maui Mountains. 


Explanation of 1- and 2-Bedroom Condominium Categories:
Our 1- and 2-bedroom condominiums have been divided into 8 different categories based on interior upgrades and unit location. Regardless of category, all our 1- and 2-bedroom condominiums feature a private lanai (patio) with fabulous views of the mile-long sandy beach of Keawakapu and the sparkling blue Pacific. 1- and 2-bedroom condominiums have the following amenities:
